Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of gigahertz.dev. They are short because the site is simple: it describes what we build and lets you contact us. Using our products is governed by each product's own terms, linked below.

1. Agreement

By accessing gigahertz.dev (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Gigahertz Innovations LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Gigahertz”, “we”, “us”).

3. Our products have their own terms

The Site links to products we operate. Creating an account or paying for any of them is governed by that product's terms, not by this document:

4. Acceptable use

You may browse the Site and share links to it freely. You may not: scrape or crawl it at a rate that degrades it for others; attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it; use it to send spam or malware; or reproduce its content in a way that misrepresents who made it or suggests an endorsement we have not given.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, code, logos and images are owned by Gigahertz or used under licence. “Gigahertz”, “TweetsMash” and “LinkedMash” are our trade names. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Anything more needs our written permission, which you can request at hello@gigahertz.dev.

6. Unreleased products

Descriptions of products “in stealth” or in development are statements of intent, not offers. Features, names, pricing and timing may change or may never ship. Requesting early access does not create a contract; if we invite you to a private beta, separate beta terms will apply.

7. Third-party links

The Site links to other websites, including social networks and app stores. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we make no warranties, express or implied, about its accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, financial or travel advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gigahertz, its members, managers, founders and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profit, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the equivalent in your local currency. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except that consumers in the European Union or United Kingdom retain any mandatory protections and venue rights their local law gives them.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
